Alice Galletly

Alice Galletly drank and blogged about a different beer every single day for a year to research her wonderfully witty and informative How to have a beer.

The book chronicles her journey from beer novice to beer geek, and explains how to order a craft beer without having a panic attack, how to get the most out of your tasting, and a glossary of beer terms all delivered with laugh-out-loud humour.

Alice is a freelance journalist who has also written award-winning travel stories for AA Directions and Kia Ora magazine, and was formerly editor of Dish magazine.
