Julie Biuso

Julie Biuso’s vibrant cooking career started with training and teaching at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School, London.  Julie has worked as a food editor for many prestigious publications and has been a regular guest on Radio NZ for more than 35 years. 

She is the author of 17 books for which she has won numerous awards including The Gourmand 'Best in the World' Award’ for her latest book, Shared Kitchen, which she wrote with her daughter Ilaria.
